Worried about your package arriving for Christmas?
We will continue to prepare and ship out your orders as fast as usual. Most of our orders are filled and sent out in a day or so, but once your coffee has left our doors, it’s in the hands of the shipping carriers.
Our blanket recommendation is to try and get your order in to us before noon on Friday, December 16th. With expected shipping delays with both the postal service and UPS this holiday season, that gives us time to fill your order, and it gives the carriers time to hopefully get it to you.
Christmas is on a Sunday this year, so it’s possible that if you order the week before Christmas your order might make it to you, especially if you live closer by (like in Maine.) But it also might not. We will do everything we can to get it out the door as fast as possible, and after that, we’ll hope right along with you.
Already ordered and your package taking longer than usual to get to you? We appreciate your patience and recommend you follow the tracking info in your shipping confirmation email. Contact your post office and your neighbors first to see where a package marked “delivered” (that isn’t at your house) might be, and then, if all that fails, please let us know!
Thank you for your understanding and Happy Holidays!
Notes:
To ensure your package makes it to you with as few delays as possible, be sure to enter an address that can receive both UPS and USPS packages.
